My best mile was 10’22” 
I know this isn’t fast but it’s beyond amazing for me! I have asthma and I am terrified of running but today I proved myself very wrong!

I have been working pretty damn hard on working out and eating better.
Today was the first time in YEARS I have gone for a run outside and I killed it.
This was a first time in my life accomplishment and I am so proud of my 3 miles.
